How do artificial intelligence and emerging technologies intersect with our long-standing traditions of interpretation and meaning-making?

Join the Amsterdam Catholic Student Chaplaincy for an engaging evening exploring one of the most pressing questions of our time: What does it mean to be human — and to encounter Christ — in the age of AI?

We are delighted to welcome two thoughtful speakers:

  • Larn o Visser
  • Oliver M. Tuazon

The evening will begin with Holy Mass at 18:00, followed by a relaxed potluck dinner (bring something to share!), and then the main talk starting at 20:15.

Details:

  • Date: Saturday, May 2nd
  • Location: Keizersgracht 220, Amsterdam
  • Program:
    • Holy Mass: 18:00 – 19:00
    • Potluck: 19:15 – 20:15
    • Talk: 20:15 – 21:15
  • Cost: Free

Everyone is warmly welcome – whether you’re a student, young professional, or simply interested in the conversation between faith and technology.

Come with your questions, your curiosity, and maybe a dish to share. We look forward to reflecting together on how the timeless message of Jesus speaks into our rapidly changing world.
