Collaborations

ExploreCatholic strives to provide a reliable and inspiring platform for anyone who wants to explore, deepen, or experience the Catholic faith on a daily basis. We do this in close collaboration with various renowned Catholic sources.

We have made agreements with these partners and obtained permission to share content, whereby images and text are reproduced with respect for the original source. Below you will find an overview of our collaborations:

  • Catholic News Agency (CNA)
Articles from Catholic News Agency are posted on the website by ExploreCatholic.
  • DeoQuest
We upload faith questions from DeoQuest (formerly known as Tweeting with God) directly to our platform. These questions offer valuable answers and insight for anyone who wants to learn more about the Catholic faith.
  • Credo
Videos from Credo will soon be available under the faith questions to offer further insight through visual content.
  • RKKerk
Messages from the official website of the Roman Catholic Church in the Netherlands are regularly uploaded to ExploreCatholic to share current information.
  • Bisdom Haarlem-Amsterdam en Arsacal
Messages from the Diocese of Haarlem-Amsterdam and the website of Bishop Hendriks (Arsacal) are also shared on our platform, so that visitors can stay informed about what is happening in the diocese.

Respect for sources and openness to collaboration

ExploreCatholic treats all sources with the utmost respect. If changes are necessary or content adjustments are desired, we are always open to this. Please feel free to contact us, because we believe in collaboration and would like to work together to build a rich and inspiring Catholic landscape.

Use of AI at ExploreCatholic

At ExploreCatholic, we use AI technology to make content more accessible to a wider audience. Articles from partners, such as Catholic News Agency, are translated using AI and then carefully reviewed by our editorial team to ensure accuracy and context. These translations are always carried out with respect for the original content and with the permission of the original source.

ExploreCatholic strives to fully comply with the guidelines of the European AI Act. This means that we communicate transparently about the use of AI, that human control plays an essential role in quality assurance, and that we handle copyright and data protection with care.

We are always open to feedback and collaboration. If you have any questions about the origin of our content or would like to suggest changes, please feel free to contact us at redactie@explorecatholic.nl.

Initial phase

ExploreCatholic is still in its initial phase and strives to include even more Catholic sources in the future in order to offer the most complete selection possible.
